If you are looking for a quality, customer service oriented HVAC company you have found the absolute best with Firehouse Service Company. Justin called me immediately after I searched home advisor. I explained my situation and he scheduled a tech to come out the following morning (today). Rich arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. Both him and justin have the customer in mind at all times and are only out for our best interest. Here’s what happened to me (be very aware)... I saw a commercial for a HVAC company on tv. I called them and made an appt for a tech to look at my AC unit. It was blowing warm air instead of cold. My townhome is only 12 years old. The tech arrived and within 10 minutes told me I had 2 options: either replace the current unit for $7,305 OR by a new “more efficient” one for $9,000! Geez, which of these do I choose?! Like a fool, I believed him until after signing a contract for a brand new AC unit I didn’t feel right about it and researched a company for a 2nd opinion. Right away when I told Justin on the phone what happened he assured me I was being scammed. Not only that he said he’s pretty certain he can get my unit working for a mere couple hundred dollars! Today Rich came out and fixed my so-called “broken” AC unit for $309!!! Big difference from $9,000! You better believe I’m calling the BBB next and making it my mission to get this other company shut down. They are scamming old innocent people out of hard earned $! How do they sleep at night? I’m a veteran and a full-time firefighter. I will not let them get away with this. So please do yourself a huge favor and get a 2nd opinion from Firehouse Service Company if you hadn’t already callled then first! They are truly the best! I’m so thankful I found them!

Arrived right away! Even though my issue turned out to be a defective thermostat, the tech made double sure there was nothing else causing the problem. He was super nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any heating/cooling services!

Extremely professional. Had no qualms about leaving the house with them there working. Complete trust. On time, cleaned up to the point you wouldn't even know they were there. Wouldn't consider anyone else for doing the yearly service work required on furnaces and/or AC units.
