I hired David and at the time he states that he knew how to do every project that needed to be done. I would never hire him again left my project unfinished and we even paid for some of the projects which were incomplete. He states he knew how to do a baluster railing which was incorrect. Did a horrible job. The balusters were not even attached. If you bumped into the hand rails you would have fallen onto the landing downstairs Every job that he did i had to repay a reputable company to get it done correctly.
