Being disabIed I needed someone to clean my pellet stove. I requested an estimate to replace the door/window gasket (I provided) and clean the stove for upcoming season. I was quoted a price and set a date. Carl came on time and replaced the gasket. I didn't realize until later that he hadn't cleaned the stove & thought I paid way too much for a gasket replacement. He did return later and cleaned it. Couple of weeks later fired it up & it kept going out. Carl was going to come back. I finally figured out that the gasket seal was not tight, added more gasket and got it working. They accused me of lying, saying that it was tight when he left.

The Technician who is also the owner of the company was on time every visit and there was no "window of opportunity". The exact time was given and he was there at that time. The follow-up from his office was also exceptional for scheduling appointments and any questions that I had.

Carl quickly and efficiently repaired and serviced my 11 year old gas fireplace. He explained what he was going to do, showed me, and did the job well. He prepared the workspace and cleanup afterward. Well done!

Carl was fantastic! He was very honest about the options we had available to us, and the cost was reasonable. He was a great communicator - with us and with the county for permits. Work was done on time, on budget and clean. We love our new fireplace!

Carl was very thorough in troubleshooting the pellet stove. The problem is that after troubleshooting everything the stove was still not working. The work is billed hourly and got expensive quick. After almost 2 hours he concluded the issue was with the control box (a $400 part). I asked him to leave the stove due to the hourly rate being charged. I ended up fixing the stove myself without having to replace any parts.
