OUR roof here in Plano was over 20 years old and has been thoroughly abused. After doing extensive research on the best roofers in Texas, I was grateful to locate firewheel roofers. Khurram and his father are an amazing team. You know how frustrating it can be if you call a contractor and they don't answer or text back? These guys respond immediately every time and answer any question you may have. I can't say enough about how great the process was working with them. They never complained or said anything squirrely like - well that's not part of the agreement. If you live in Dallas or Fort Worth, please give all of your fencing and roofing business to these guys. They are amazing.

Searched for Pro in the morning for fence door repair, and the crew offered a quote to me within 10 min, Khurram arrived in an hour and got the job done! So effective efficient! Looking forward to the next gutter project!

They repaired a backyard fence that had been damaged from pool demolition. Extremely professional crew from top to bottom. Paid great attention to detail and were very flexible in plan changes including switching stain color at the last minute. Highly recommend them!

To be fair, I hired them in 2019 for another project and the end result was outstanding. To that end I rated them with all 5 stars on all online review boards. I had them come out again this past week and relo a fence just off of the retaining wall. This time things did not go so well as anticipated. For starters, was very surprised to have been charged an extra $250 even though they clearly state that they honor the original quote and will not charge additional ala the below Thumbtack link : https://www.thumbtack.com/tx/garland/fences/firewheel-roofing-llc/service/295703754983596194 Once the fence was moved I was deeply disappointed with how un-level the top was. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the stain used to touch up the wood as it was the correct color but was not the correct sheen. I was informed that given the age of the fence... there was no way for them to make it more even without breaking more panels. I was also informed that given the age of the fence.. there was no way for them to match the fences stain any more accurately. I am not a fence guy so I assume this to be correct. 2019 Project - 5.0 2020 Project - 2.5 Overall, I would hire them again but not for a project like this and I would definitely ensure that they honor their word not to charge me after the fact for additional materials. That was absolutely surprising to me. Also, I'd asked them several times to clean up all of the trash that they created. Some of it was cleaned up, some were buried ( which I saw first hand), and sadly, they never picked up the largest of the rocks and builders ( one weighing around 60lbs ) so I will still have to go and pick them up myself.

The did a very good job at installing a new roof and cleaning up the area when finished. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair...

Very professional and respectful

Firewheel was prompt, on-time and accurate throughout the entire project (initial estimate visit, responding to questions about the bid, arriving for work, predicting how long the job would take). The Firewheel crew was experienced, did the work efficiently, communicated job progress and didn't waste time. The repairs were done expertly and blended well with the fence's appearance. Cleanup was adequate. They also stacked and sized the scrap pieces and debris for city bulk pickup. I would hire them again.

Work was substandard. Asked for metal post got wood. Pickets have gaps in places. His workers dismantled part of the neighbors fence in error. He is supposed to put part of her fence back and meet me tomorrow to inspect my fence that he needs to repair portions of. Hopefully he will show up. He seems to be an honest person but I wish I had received the finished product I had expected. UPDATE 6/3/2019: I was disappointed with the appearance of the fence and there was some miscommunication. However, they came back out as they stated they would and did some corrections and I appreciated that.

my yard was a challenge with slopes, trees and concrete to manuever around.. and the yard if very big. am happy with the fence and looks nice. the people were very nice and helpful

Very professional and friendly people. They came ob time and finished the job. Attention to detail was their strength. The cleaned the site after they finished the job and made sure everything was clean. Highly recommended.

I have a board-on-board fence. The replacement pickets that were installed were not aligned correctly (not flush) with my current pickets, so now I have some that extend lower than the others (doesn't look nice and clean.) Tried to overcharge me for more pickets that were not used. I was told by installer after the pickets were up that some of the work proposed could not be done, but I agreed to the work because the overall price was good. When they took out the other work, it wasn't such a great deal after all. What the salesman proposed was different than what the installer said he could do. Disappointing.

This company is Awesome. They explained the process step by step. The customer service was very friendly! I highly recommended this company! They work is through and nice and neat. I am so happy that I chose them!!!

Raza and his assistant were very nice and efficiently handled my fence repair the same day!! The left work area free of all debris. I will hire them again.

They came out same day to take care of a gate replacement. Would highly recommend!!
