Mr. Lugo seemed experienced in his profession and did get the install of an additional phone done for me. He stated I misheard his pricing of $55 per hour which is always been $65.00 per hour rate. He did the same work for my mother in law and told her up front it would be $89.00 for the job. If you hire Mr. Lugo I suggest you ask up front what his rate is. I felt like he raised my prices on purpose because it seemed to him that I could afford it.

Mr. Lugo is a very astute individual. He performed an excellent job eliminating the loud noise emanating from the fan at the base of the computer. He forewarned me that the fan would eventually need replacing. On his recommendation regarding upgrading memory, I opted to have two-Dell ddr3l sodium 8gb chips installed. I highly recommend Mr. Lugo for handling all your computer woes.
