I don t know a lot about air conditioning so it s important to be able to trust what the service rep is telling you. I went with First Aid Air Conditioning because of the reviews stating how reliable and trustworthy customers found Erfain. I too can say that it s been the same in my dealings with him. I found him honest and he got the job done and I believe from the results, it was done well. I would readily recommend First Aid Air Conditioning and Appliance Repair to family and friends.

Efrain Vasquez came by same day to check out my AC which wasn’t blowing cool air. Right away he noticed the compressor not running and tried his hardest to get it working before advising for replacement. He came back the next day and I had cool AC by noon! Thanks First Aid!

My experience with First Aid was an A1 experience. Effrain is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. Keeps you informed on all aspects of his work. Extremely accommodating with repects to working around your schedule. Billing and payment was a snap. I definitely plan to use First Aid for all my air conditioning needs from here out and will reccomend to everyone also.

The techs fully analyzed the situation, gave me all of my options and explained any possible trouble areas before even discussing the cost. Started look for an HVAC repair company Thursday night on home advisor Efrain from first Air was the first to return the call after 9Pm showed up on time found the issue and even checked the attic space for a possible leak suggesting call insurance for a mold issue I highly recommend Efrian and his company for all youre HVAC needs in SoFlo its very hard to find honest people but this man and his staff are it.

My schedule is very tight, after calling late one evening, arrangements were made to come the very next day early in the morning prior to my going to work (if not it would have been a couple days before I was available) Efrain showed up promptly, identified the issue, fixed the problem, cleaned up & provided additional instruction for preventive maintenance... and had me on my way!
