Efrain Vasquez came by same day to check out my AC which wasn’t blowing cool air. Right away he noticed the compressor not running and tried his hardest to get it working before advising for replacement. He came back the next day and I had cool AC by noon! Thanks First Aid!

The techs fully analyzed the situation, gave me all of my options and explained any possible trouble areas before even discussing the cost. We set up a plan, they followed it exactly and the price did not change. No surprises, no up selling, just very old school, friendly professionals. They know their stuff!

Efrain responded promptly to our Home Advisor search for A/C help. Thoroughly diagnosed the problem with our Lennox A/C unit and resolved it efficiently. Would definitely recommend First Aid to anyone needing service or repairs to their A/C unit.

Started look for an HVAC repair company Thursday night on home advisor Efrain from first Air was the first to return the call after 9Pm showed up on time found the issue and even checked the attic space for a possible leak suggesting call insurance for a mold issue I highly recommend Efrian and his company for all you’re HVAC needs in SoFlo it’s very hard to find honest people but this man and his staff are it.

My schedule is very tight, after calling late one evening, arrangements were made to come the very next day early in the morning prior to my going to work (if not it would have been a couple days before I was available) Efrain showed up promptly, identified the issue, fixed the problem, cleaned up & provided additional instruction for preventive maintenance... and had me on my way!
