Walter was great! He was in our office helping our company with the job we needed done the day after we first spoke on the phone about it. Everything was done in a very time efficient manner and the project turned out great!

Professional, honest, prompt and good price. A little disorganized though. Did not have equipment to make more than two keys -- but that was the only issue.

The service was complete and quick, although the gentleman was an hour late. He did keep in touch by phone, but given that he knew that he was coming to Arlington on a weekday morning from Maryland, he should have left earlier. He gave me a 10% discount and only provided one key. He was cheaper than others, so......

The work was fine, the clean-up adequate. We had a couple of delays in getting job done due to backed-up work orders from the recent storms.

Mr. Walter Allen contacted me right after I posted my request through ServiceMagic.com. He's very courteous and he went beyond normal to fix the patio lock in the cold weather which other people had a hard time to do! I would definitely recommend him to others. However, there were a couple 'surprises'. There is a $49 fee for him to come out. Also, I had a hard time to reach him to confirm an appointment. But he did explained to me what had happened and apologized.

Excellent -- was there the next morning, discussed what needed to be done (more locks that I had anticipated at the time of call), and did it quickly.

I was not home when he did the job but seen it was outstanding job.

I received a call within 5 minutes of placing the order. He was courteous and responsive. My locks were changed within the next few hours though he was available immediately. Great service! I will use them next time.

Very professional, on time, went out of his way to save us money on the installation of new locks/rekeying of existing locks. Highly recommend.
