Brian and his team went above and beyond what I have seen from other contractors to exceed our expectations. They had to cut open our hardwood floor, jack hammer the slab to find and repair a water leak. They did excellent work for a fair price and really paid attention to our requests. We do not wear shoes in our home and every time they went in or out of the house they put on / took off shoe guards, and paid particular attention to how they could minimize disruption in our home. They came back after the job multiple times to answer our questions and to check the moisture readings in the floor after they completed the job. If i had another repair problem like this, First Call Restoration would be the only firm in Naples that I would hire. It was nice to see a company focused on doing whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied. You don't find that attitude from very many contractors in SW FL.

Brian Wohl and his team are excellent at what they do. Brian is very trustworthy and adept in his knowledge of building construction and mold remediation. He is understanding and you can definitely tell he prides himself on being fair to his clients. If I ever have a situation in the future with regard to mold or property issues , this is truly the first call I would make!

He was extremely informative and analyzed our needs. After inspecting our entire home he advised us we could do the job ourselves and told us how to do it. He also advised us on how to prevent mold development in the future. He spent an hour with us and charged us nothing.

Owner, Brian and his crew did an exceptionally professional, thorough and efficient job. Brian kept me informed and put my mind at ease answering my questions and addressing my concerns patiently, going above and beyond to get the job done right. I have already recommended him to others. His background in general contracting also makes him super knowledgable in all areas and before reconstructing the kitchen wall, post mold remediation, he made sure to follow up and find/seal the leak that caused the mold in the first place. Full service. Highly recommend!
