First Call Restoration LLC

First Call Restoration has been great to work with! I've used them on several projects since 2023, and they’re always quick to respond, professional, and do excellent work every time.

I have worked with FCR restoration now for a few years now. They have provided great workmanship, communication, and are price competitive! London and Dylan provide great service and are wonderful team to work with! First Call really does understand what our day looks like as property managers. They’re quick to respond, stay on top of updates, and are great to work with. Also they’re good with our residents and keep jobs moving. They’re easy to rely on! As a property manager, we've worked with countless vendors and I consistently go to First Call when I need a bid for a job that is out of our maintenance technician's scope of work. They are quick to respond and their bids are in line with what we see from other contractors. I know that I can trust them to get the work done quickly and competently. But where they really shine is during times of maintenance emergencies when a property has significant damage. We are usually dealing with multiple entities - insurance companies, tenants, owners, etc. which requires a lot of communication on a tight timeline. First Call provides detailed updates with punchlists of work that's been completed and what work is anticipated, along with photos. This is beyond helpful during times of chaos where unanswered questions can add to the stress of a situation. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brock Johnson was great and very upfront. Due to the circumstances surround my house fire he was kind and compassionate. He was honest and didn't sugar coat anything. He was able to make it out quickly after I called. I appreciated his honest estimate.

I cannot stress enough how First Call helped us throughout the entire process of fixing our home. We were displaced for a bit and they helped us navigate every single step of the way + were always fully transparent and reliable in every form of communication and tried their best to expedite what they could without compromising quality. Our floors and walls looks even better. Thank you!
