We highly recommend First Chicago. Marian and his team are exceptionally professional, care about customer satisfaction, and are focused on the quality of their work. Marian designed the new layout in our gutted and now remodeled kitchen/family room space. The project was completed on budget and on time. We will be using them again as well as recommending them to our friends and family.

Marian just completed a complete gut remodel of an upstairs bathroom for me. This also included installing a solar tube in the bathroom. He completed the entire project in under 3 weeks. We are very very happy with his work and have recommended him to our friends and family. We've used other contractors in the past. Marian is clean and professional and does great work. Our bathroom looks great. He also charges a fair price for the professional work that he does. I can not recommend him enough.
