Excellent job. I didn't think these carpets could be so clean. They were on time and professional. They were able to get out some spots from very light colored carpet that I thought were embedded for ever. I will use First Choice from now on!

I was very impressed with how they cleaned my carpet. Other companies show up with one piece of equipment. These guys showed up with three types to make sure they scrub and clean my carpets. I can tell you my carpets look brand new today. Which is not easy with 3 teenagers and a dog in the house. I already put their business card on my facebook page and will recommend to everyone.

Jerry and his team were right on time. Even though we had a rainy day, Jerry had an alternate plan to still clean our large rugs, as well as our carpets and tiles. Also, performed the color-matching of our tile grout and now, after 7 years, it looks as good as new! They were very thorough and took their time to do a great job. Jerry also took the time to explain the right methods to clean tile and the right solutions to use to avoid the acidic/alkaline reactions that can ruin the look of tile. Just a great experience!! Jerry the contractor came same day to give a quote. He was super nice and knowledgable about things we as first time home owners are not aware of. Although we didn't need his services as he was gracious enough to be honest about, I will definitely use him in the future if needed. You don't find too many honest people these days.

They were fantastic. My carpets look great. I had one carpet in really bad shape - very dirty and stained - and it looks pretty darned good. The were punctual, got right to work and did a really great job. My only concern was they said I could tip if I wanted to. I did not because I am on a fixed income. I later felt guilty because the young man who did the actual cleaning was very knowledgeable, and so sweet and he did a great job,. I had never heard of tipping carpet cleaners, however, I have been cleaning my own carpets for years, so things may have changed and this may be the norm in 2015. All in all, they did a really great job and I would hire them again.,
