they came on time but they took a long time and cleaning the house it was late at night when they finished I came to check it out and I said it looked okay but once we started moving things in they did not clean on top of the refrigerator some of the cabinets were not clean on the third shell my pantry was not coming on the third shell other than that they were okay they are very nice people I like them all I don't have nothing against them but they just need to do a better job

I am very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning service that we provided. As discussed, we only clean vacant properties. We did move the furniture upstairs to shampoo the carpet, however any cabinets or drawers that still had personal belongings were not cleaned. I do apologize about the top of your refrigerator, that was an oversight on our behalf. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and will be happy to come back and clean it. Some houses take longer to clean depending on their condition. Your satisfaction is more important to us than man hours or profit margin.
