Great job, personable punctual!

This was a very small job, I just needed 11 stairs. Therefore, one must pay a premium. However, that said, they were here, did the job quickly, competently and the end result is exactly what I needed. There was no minimum job requirement. They had the type of carpet I needed in stock. The whole process, from me calling, to the job being completed was just a few days.

Highly Recommend. Customer service was outstanding. More importantly were the beautiful results. I’d use them again in a heartbeat

My install was scheduled 2 weeks out so I expected a reminder call. I didn't get one but they came when expected. They were very professional and completed the job sooner than expected.

My sales associate was great, very knowledgeable and not high pressured. He listened to what I wanted and that's the product he showed me instead of saying this is the shoe now let's make it fit. First Choice Flooring was a pleasure to work with and my installers did a great job. The price was competitive compared to a large highly advertised company.

Had vinyl flooring installed at entry way, and new carpet on stairs. Each installer did a good job in his area. Ray said there would be a new metal strip put in where the new vinyl met the existing living room carpet. Well, neither installer knew anything about it, as it was not on their work orders. The carpet installer came back the next day in between other jobs with new tack strip and metal strip and did a beautiful job blending the vinyl to the carpet. My thanks to him. In conclusion, the work performed was good, but there needs to be better communication between estimator & installers.

Rays quote came in about the same price as the big box stores, but I was sold on the customer service he delivered. The install went well, my only complaint was that the installers put about 15 staples into a piece of coax cable I had run under the old carpet/ floor board. I'm sure they were trying to help, but it would have been better off if they just asked about it first.

Very quick in responding to our request for a quote. Our project was a last minute decision & they worked well with our limited schedule even though they had a very full week! Carpet & service seemed like a good value for the money. The owner Joe who I dealt with was very pleasant, good with communication & very helpful!

A very nice family company. I had a sewage backup and needed all new carpet before my scheduled housewarming party. I ended up having to go with a more expensive, darker carpet than I would have preferred because the styles I wanted were out of stock. It has held up well so far.

ray was great- very prompt and the communication was great. I live out of state and left all of the decisions to First Choice. I actually hav not seen the results but my Real Estate Agent said they did a great job.

Joe was great he had patience,with us. The carpet installed is good quality, and good work. We shaopped around for price on carpets and he was right there we really enjoy the carpet. Our shower leaked and theytold us to pull it up to dry and then thy are going to come back and relay the corner free of charge. Highly recommended and returns calls. Thank you Joe

Joe was friendly, and accomodating. He offered a good quality carpet at a competitive price. He had a better price than depot even with their cheap promotional installation. Also he offers a lifetime installation warranty, which we likey. I am pleased with the results.
