First Choice was able to get me a same day appointment to fix my gas furnace which had stopped working. Darian was the technician who came to the house, and I accompanied him into our crawlspace for the diagnostic. He took off the panels, and he was able to pinpoint the problem to the draft inducer motor. A replacement motor was installed by Darian, and he also performed some routine maintenance on the furnace as well. The job was performed for $600. I Googled this particular repair (I think it s wise to get a ballpark figure) and the quote seemed fair. This was my first HVAC repair as a relatively new homeowner (less than 5 years). I was hesitant to have the work performed without getting a second opinion as I ve been burned in the past on a plumbing/burst pipe situation. Darian took the time to explain that their pricing is middle of the road compared to the competition, and that some companies charge upwards of $1000 for the same job. Their office manager (Kellen) also explained how their repairmen are all seasoned industry veterans (no newbies on their first sales call) and do not work on commission which helped put my mind at ease. The furnace is now working like a champ just in time for the first cold snap of the season. Thank you Darian and First Choice!

came to the rescue on A/C repair the day I called - didn't have to wait! Technician was knowledgeable and everyone anticipated any questions I might have had and answered them before I could ask them. THE BEST!

Robert showed up just when they said and found the problem almost immediately. Fixed it and working great now. Will call again when needed. Didn't charge an arm and a leg either. Very reasonable.
