First Choice Heating & Air Conditioning

Showed up late for estimate and installation. Unit is noisy like an air compressor when running and an air plane winding down when it stops. Didn?t perform all work agreed upon. Sure glad I paid for 10 year warranty and labor. No written contract or receipt for cash sale so o hope the warranty will hold up. Install guys were nice and knowledgeable but the salesman wasn?t professional or trustworthy

They did not check my air conditioner if was leaking he just say it might have a leak and the freon my leak out .he just put freon say $430. Poor customer service!

Robert was great, he explained everything and made all the repairs within a short period of time

They responded promptly quickly diagnosed my issue and gave recommendations. Fixed my ac right up and quickly cooling the house down. Will definitely call them again if anything else happens.

They are punctual and fast ..They show you everything and how to work everything..They help you..They talk we with you and answer all your questions..There were very pleasant and respectful..They all are family oriented..It was a pleasure working with them.. .

I got ripped off and A/C has not worked right since. Overpriced and what they claimed fixed my problems a total failure! I expect a follow-up form you!

Once I hired them because of more a/c for less money,I was suprised to have it installed the next day. Very professional work and clean up was excellent. Thankyou Veterans do get a discount.

My main contact, Robert, was really good about communicating with me what was going on. Because of the situation with my air-conditioning unit they had to come back at a different time during the day and when they did come back they got right to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed me up within an hour. He s also extremely knowledgeable along with the rest of the guys working on the project.

When I needed a new ac I was originally quoted a price that was $3000 dollars more than the quote I received from First Choice. Their prices are competitive. They installed everything quickly and they provide easy financing. Both guys who came to my house we re professional and courteous. They give you a year supply of ac air filters just for letting them put a sign in your front lawn.

I was never given a contract. I had to email them for the invoice and even then it was not itemized. I purchased a product extended warrantee and do not know who it is with. They never sent me papers on it after I requested. They promised a one year supply of free furnace filters for the opportunity of placing a promotional sign in my front yard. That promise has not been fulfilled. I was told the salesman would return in two weeks to perform a quality review and he has yet to make an appearance. The installer was a knowledgeable person and installed the unit very well. The unit works as it should. However, the customer service is lacking and they have a very poor business operation. I told them I would be paying the total bill and they did a credit check anyway, dropping my credit score five points. Not appreciated. The last straw is, the salesman kept telling me how much God had blessed him and his business and he wanted to bless other people. The lack of proper business etiquette and protocol is not a blessing to me. The web address on the side of the van is also nonexistent. In doing some research concerning the unit I am fairly sure the price I paid is not inflated.

I wanted to install mini split system to replace the central heat and air. Was talked out of my choice by salesman and railroaded into buying central heat and air... **it will pay for itself in no time** he said. No agreement was signed until after system was installed, when I found out the cost of the system. So far, my electric bill has been above what it was last year, so I do not know how it is going to pay for itself. Was also told that the system will be so quiet I will not even know it is running... the new system is as loud as the previous system, which was something I was trying to avoid. Got the system installed, signed the papers and have never heard from them again. No follow up. But, hey, the good thing is they were very nice...! I am satisfied with their demeanor, but that is about all I am satisfied with. I would not recommend these guys.
