⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Called First Choice because our AC quit cooling and they came out the same day. They figured out the problem way faster than I expected and had it fixed that afternoon. Super easy to work with and kept me updated on what was going on. AC’s been running great ever since. Definitely calling them again if I ever need HVAC work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Josh with First Choice Heating and Air was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would, took the time to explain what was going on with my AC, and fixed the issue without trying to sell me things I didn’t need. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to do the job right the first time. The pricing was fair, and everything was left clean when he finished. It’s hard to find someone honest and reliable these days, but I’ll definitely be calling First Choice Heating and Air again and recommending them to friends and family.

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our ice machine quit on us, so we called First Choice Heating and Air. Josh got here when he said he would and had it working again before he left. With how much ice we go through every day, getting it back up that quickly was a big deal for us. He was easy to work with, answered the questions we had, and got straight to it. The whole thing was a lot less stressful than I expected. Really appreciate the help. We’ll be keeping his number handy..

Great guy very communicative and informative the whole time. Explained every possible cause and how to test and fix and found out it was a capacitor and was also needing of a cleaning. He did both very quickly and professionally. Do not hesitate to call and use him as your "First Choice"

Our mini split AC unit had a leak and needed refrigerant. I am pretty familiar with what the job requires. Right from the beginning, Joshua provided me with a clear idea of the diagnostic steps and the costs associated with each. His prices are reasonable, and his approach is highly professional. His testing method is thorough, and he shared photos of everything that was addressed. Overall, very good service.

very professional, extremely friendly and informative, on call was told 2 hour till next appointment and he arrived withing an hour and a half, didnt have needed capacitor on hand went and retrieved needed item very quickly, explained every possible cause and fix and every step in the investigation of the issue, cleaned the unit and replaced the failed capacitor and verified all air/temp readings. he was super friendly and didnt mind me hanging out asking questions and was a genuinely good guy, very clearly a family oriented man based on our conversations and also as a bonus plus he buys and uses American parts when available. did a great job and will be doing a call back to verify comfort levels and satisfaction of work. email contained full breakdown of air readings and work done. literally nothing bad to say.
