First Choice was excellent. They came promptly, repaired my HVAC at a very reasonable rate, and gave me a full, understandable description of what was wrong with the unit. I recommend them highly. I found them through servicemagic, after being ridiculously overcharged by another company that did not fix the problem!

These people were a nightmare. Overpriced and unprofessional. Folks who showed up were nice but didn't seem to know what they were doing. Company did not return calls or emails. There's a rude phone operator always says people are unavailable and you get sent to their voicemails- and they never call you back. Got fed up and emailed the president. Big surprise, he does not respond either. Horrible. We had to chase them to return our air conditioner. Don't waste your time. They are LAST choice mechanical.
