Kevin was quick to respond to phone messages and came when promised. I highly appreciate the punctuality. I didn't give him 5 stars for quality because of how sloppy the finished product looks. We have radon so the cover of the sump pump has to be hermetically sealed with silicon caulk. We had clear caulk there before but when Kevin showed up he said that he's out of clear caulk and will do white. My husband agreed (I wasn't home) and now it looks awful, he did a really sloppy and there's white caulk everywhere. Kevin knew that he'll have to seal the cover and he didn't bother to bring clear caulk.

We needed emergency service for our leaking/broken water heater. Kevin came by at 9:30pm to check out the issue, and gave us a very reasonable quote and said he'd be by the next day with a replacement water heater for us. He was a bit later than his arrival estimate, but he worked quickly and cleanly and completed the work for the quoted price. We will definitely call him again.
