So Jim said 6PM and showed up 5:59, he said it will take 2 weeks he was done in 10 days he did DD make sure all is done to code, his team is professional and detail oriented. Price: well you may find someone for $50 less but this Gay I would pay 100 more and still know that he did what need to be done and did not cut corners. 5 stars service.

he answered all my calls and was nice then they popped in on their way home from a another job. did a few easy jobs in my basement, got paid and said to call monday and they'd be back to take of the other jobs. he hasn't answered nor returned any of my calls ever since. leaving me with a dangerous situation. at least if he was honest and told me he couldn't make enough more off me for the rest of the work, i could've looked for someone else. instead, i waited all week for him to call. now i have to start all over looking for a plumber i can count on.

He was on time, and courteous. He did have to come back, not his fault, but he came back and fixed the issue. He also cleaned up when he was done.

My oil company (who services my burner) and other companies told me that my boiler was no longer under warranty and quoted me for a new system. JIM @ FIRST CHOICE did some research and told me that my boiler WAS under manufacturers warranty and I can have it replaced! Immediately saved me "thousands' of $$!! He was prompt, courteous, clean and fair. It was a pleasure to work with him.

We hired First Choice Plumbing to install a new gas line for our standby generator. They gave us the best price, but my wife was concerned the job might not be done right, especially since it was a new gas line. Well, Jim Hann didnt let us down and did a great job, professionally and neatly, with drop cloths wherever his crew walked. Jim is a great guy to work with hes patient, courteous and takes care of details. He took charge of getting the gas company to come upgrade our gas meter to accommodate for the higher volume of gas needed. We would recommend First Choice to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.
