Do not hire these people! You will regret it! When I initially inputted the information into HomeAdvisor, I trusted that these were reputable companies. Mistake on my part. I received a telephone call from Josh almost immediately. He seemed to be polite, religious verbiage, on time, uses contractual terminology to lead me to believe he knows what he's doing, etc.; therefore, I hired him to fill in a few cracks around the pool, build up a low spot that retains water (about 1 1/2'). He informed me that it would be feasible to re-texture the entire area around the pool so that it would match. He recommended a brush stroke as he could do anything & had done this many times before. The time period quoted was 2 days. He came back with a contract that required 60% down ($2,064.00) with a balance due at the end. And yes, I paid him and he cashed almost immediately according to my bank. Well that's when the nightmare began. He came out the following week to begin, WITH HARDLY ANY EQUIPMENT. 1st of all, he did not clean (remove paint or dirt) the existing cement deck like he told me would have to be done. He just started cementing on top it, covering my 25' drainage & all of the cross inserts between the sections. The cement he put on top has at least 10-15 cracks all over it and the build up is waved so that I have a bigger water holding area now. The cement is coming up in sheets EVERYWHERE because it's not stuck to the previous. He totally destroyed my yard...I have cement & sealer paint all over my custom ordered pavers, new vinyl fence, newly painted house, brand new sliding doors, newly resurfaced pool is FULL of cement & still cannot get it all out, patio furniture, pillows, etc. My pump is going out because it is full of cement filtered thru it. When I spoke to him about these matters I received an 'oh that's just powder, it will come off' (doesn't) 'why are you creating all these problems, it's fine'. He even started sealing on top of rocks w/out sweeping, blowing or pressure washing. I could rub my foot on top and rocks would come loose. The "sweeping effect" he highly recommended is not straight lines, it's curvey ending with big chunks along the sides of house & borders. Horrible finishing. He hardly showed up with anything therefore, when i addressed these issues, he took my broom, extension cords, blower & pressure washer (all of which are now broken, stolen or covered in cement). When he used my pressure washer, he or Terry, removed all of the sand filler between my pavers; therefore, I have to now repair this.. and nothing came off of fence, doors, house, etc. The water hose was left on for 2 1/2 days & flooded the entire yard & part of my neighbor's as well. He left my equipment out in the rain on 3 occasions. He hardly every showed up, never before 10 am and left very early. Wouldn't respond to my texts on multiple occasions until DAYS later. Joshua came to do my concrete at my back yard also 2 drains. His customer service is terrible! He did a horrible job, I would not recommend him to anyone! He didn't finish the job either. I was at work and he said he would come back to finished up so I told my husband to gave him to last check but he never came back! After calling so many times, he did not answer my calls any more. I want everyone to know he robbed me and didn't finished the job. My husband is terminally ill with cancer and I trusted Joshua but he is a con person. I am very very hurt and angry because I trusted him. I caught him lying a lot because on his contract he wrote up I did not see him doing any of the grading or anything that he wrote on the contract. When I questioned him, the woman I think is his wife, Terry, came up with the excuse.. Please, no one should ever have somebody cheat them and take their money and then not complete their job! What kind of person does this? I will go to further! I will call the news to expose him. He also broke my HOA rules. He said I did not need to get permission to do this type of job. This is the first time I ever had this problem. I am sick to my stomach how unsatisfied I am. I am very, very , very disappointed. Never have I ever met such dishonesty in this human. I guess there is a lot out now.

I hired Josh to pour a 700 sq ft patio. I gave him 70% up front “cash only”. He came out to put the form boards up with no tape measure, no string. He told me he’s done it so many times that he can “eyeball it”. He also told me he would put the wire mesh on stands.. he did not. Watching them work on the day of the pour, I knew I made a mistake hiring them. They showed up with brand new tools and no idea how to use them. The concrete truck was in the yard for three hours and josh and his crew were here for about fourteen. The finished patio was so bad that I’ve already tore it out. Complete waste of three thousand dollars. Hopefully at least he learned what not to do(at my expense).

Everyone at First Choice Property Pro was excellent. They were the most reasonably priced and completed the work within 24 hours of giving me the quote. They are friendly and professional. Their work was done beautifully and I would definitely recommend them.

Josh came right out for an estimate and was there the next day right on time to do the job. I am happy with the job they did.

They made a mess of a simple driveway project. They damaged my property and took no responsibility. What a fiasco. When you call the company, all you get is music and they force you to leave a message. Beware.

Joshua was great. He really tried to please us with what he wanted just the guy who did the cement work left a bit of a mess but that wasn't Joshua fault.

Bad communication. Shoddy work. For the money I was charged the job was very shoddy. When I complained about certain things, went on to deaf ears.

Not qualified to perform gutter or roof new or replacement. Will not return calls Josh’s Griffith. Or kimberly

The communication could have been a lot better, it caused me a great deal of frustration.. The work however, was excellent. Someone needs to be accountable for communicating with customers. Things happen that are not under our control, but you can let the person waiting for you know with a courtesy phone call. I completely recommend them but they need to communicate their work ethic is fantastic.

Responded quickly to my inquiry and was on site the next business day to provide a quote and repair. Great service at a fair price!
