Oscar was on time and explained everything that was going to take place to clean our furniture. He was very thorough with the extra soiled areas. The furniture looks great after the cleaning. We would definitely have them again. The front office was very helpful in scheduling the appointment.

Some difficulties with timing--truck broke down. Company did not communicate clearly when he was coming so we wasted several days waiting. Oscar is a fine worker and does a neat complete job and wants to get it right.

I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my request for a quote. They were able to deliver services within the same day of my request. First Class was very responsive and able to schedule an appointment to easily fit within my schedule. The guy they sent was very polite and worked quickly. However, my carpet was wet/damp for over 24 hours when I was told it would be dry in 4-6 hours. I feel I could have gotten similar service for less money.

The outcome was better than I ever expected. Rodney, the professional was courteous, knowledgeable, expedient, and the results were EXCELLENT!! Not only would I recommend this company to others, actually I already did recommend them to a friend last night. My floor looks BRAND NEW, it was worth every penny!!

The owner worked to make sure my appointment was kept after the morning storm caused the scheduled technician to be unable to make it. The replacement technician who cleaned my carpets and furniture was friendly, efficient and did a great job. I'm very pleased.
