I am a very detailed oriented person and tend to scare or annoy potential contractors. Gessan listened to my requests and was very accommodating. I know that he is juggling several jobs at once, but he never made me feel like I was interrupting him and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I am extremely happy with the work he did in my condo installing custom closets. He came in on budget and adhered to the schedule he set for the week. Additionally, I just happened to have all my new kitchen appliances installed in the same week as my renovations to 4 closets. I ordered my appliances in July and due to the pandemic, the delivery/install was severely delayed. When the appliance installer called and informed me that they finally arrived in November and could install, I immediately confirmed. That being said, the appliance installer had an issue with the oven and cooktop fitting the same space as the old one. Apparently, GE provided me with the incorrect information and told me the new items would fit in the same space as the old GE. Gessan, who had nothing to do with the appliances, stepped in provided invaluable assistance. After weighing the pros/cons of ordering new appliances or retrofitting the space to accommodate the new ones, I decided to retrofit the existing space that required just 2" of additional depth for the oven and 2" depth for the gas cooktop. He was able to get a plumber the very next day to move around some gas pipes and his carpenter a few days later to lower the base cabinet under the oven. This was above and beyond and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. His staff was very attentive and professional as well. I would highly recommend Gessan.

Brian & Shawn were tireless in their efforts to finish the job at our home. my wife and I needed our baseboards replaced as well as a couple of holes repaired in our drywall (due to careless installation of our hardwood floors from another contractor). First Class Construction worked w/ me regarding pricing and timing of the repairs and we're thrilled w/ the work they accomplished inside of our unit.

"We are really confused by this review. It was a very small job and we were supposed to complete it in one day. However, the client didn?t have all of the necessary materials as agreed upon and those materials that he did have were mismatched and incomplete, including three different types of trim and an incomplete prehung door. We suggested he buy all new materials, however he asked us to install what he had. We did what we could on the first day and had to come out a second day to complete the job. He actually asked us not to nail the trim all the way in so he could come behind us and sand the walls and doorways. One addition is he asked us"
