Owner, Ed, and Office Manager, Gordon, were good communicators and kept me abreast of all steps/stages of the project, as we coordinated it with a full home interior painting job. David, the installer, was efficient and very considerate. They were all very helpful as I was still living an hour and a half away.

I called Monday to arrange an estimate. First Class Floor Covering stopped by Tuesday to review the jobs and provided a quote, and started the jobs on Wednesday morning. Two rooms completed in (1) day. Excellent work, clean, and professional.

Reason the work quality is only 4.0 is that the grout in between wood floor they installed and stone floor is coming out. Whether it be the quality of the grout or application I can's say. Other than that Ed and his crew were great to work with and they did a fine job.
