Their suggested heat-pump equipment I believe is top of the line and very efficient based on one week experience with it. The installer were nice, courteous and very helpful in explaining how the working of the system and how to maintain it in order to avoid future problems. Lastly, they were so considerate in making sure that the house was protected from traffic involved in doing their work inside. All in all, very well satisfied.

They sold and installed a great productfor a fair price. The installation went on schedule and was carefuly done. I've had some problems obtaining promissed paperwork and one probblem with a manufacturer defect of the heat pump (Am Standard). The defect problem was identified correctly and promptly and was fixed imediately. Other than the problem of the promised paperwork not being delivered and which has still not been resolved (after more than 2 months) I would reccommend them highly.

They were neat and quick. I got 3 estimate, scoped they out and he was the best, not the cheapest, but good. They were very high tech. They were very good at follow up. I was very pleased.
