First Class Heating & Air is a locally owned HVAC contractor in Greenville, SC. We install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses across Greenville and Spartanburg counties, including Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Spartanburg, and Easley. We work on central air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductless mini-splits, tank and tankless water heaters, standby generators, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment, plus commercial HVAC and new construction. Pricing is flat rate, quoted before work starts, with no overtime charge nights, weekends, or holidays. Estimates on replacement systems are free and most go out within two hours. If another company already quoted you, we will give you a free second opinion. SC Mechanical License #117789. EPA Section 608 certified. Rheem Pro Partner. BBB Accredited with an A rating. Every technician is background checked. New systems include a 3-year labor warranty, extendable to 5 or 10 years.

Tommy, Cam, and the entire crew at First Class Heating & Air renovated our 3,800 sq. ft. office, and we couldn’t be happier. The building was originally built in the 1940s, and now it has fully functional heating and air conditioning—all controlled with the click of a button on a remote. They also completely outfitted our 36,000 sq. ft. warehouse with air and heat. By far the easiest subcontractor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. 5 stars, 10/10. We will absolutely do business with these guys again!

I can’t even begin to say enough positive things about my experience with this company. They showed up when they said they would, they did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves each day. They also checked in twice after the job was complete. It is not often these days that you find people you can trust - Cameron, Tommy, and Shelby are the exception to that. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Moving into new home and needed someone to check out the heat pump. Someone recommended First Class and I’m so glad they did. Cameron came out, on time, and was very thorough, explained how the system works and the condition of everything. There price was very reasonable. I’ll be using First Class for regular maintenance once I move in.

After our central AC unit stopped working abruptly this past weekend, I immediately searched online for a company to come troubleshoot the problem. Based on the many great reviews, I choose First Class and they certainly did not disappoint! Within 2 hrs of my online inquiry, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 mins of arriving, the technician diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire on my AC unit. The technician, Jonathan Pepper, was very knowledgeable and a true professional throughout the entire visit. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly great experience!!

I would highly recommend First Class for your heating and air needs. My AC went out and they were able to come the same day and fix the problem. Shelby who coordinates scheduling went above and beyond to schedule me that day. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Jonathan Pepper was the tech who came out and repaired my unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and had the best attitude. I could not have asked for better service.

My A/C condenser died in July. When I began requesting recommendations and quotes from contractors on different systems, I found that I might not be able to afford replacing my old system at all. I spoke to 4 contractors and 2 online vendors. Finally found First Class Home Services. Tommy Goldberg sent me his technician Cameron Soper. Cameron is not a salesman. He knew I was having financial problems and did his very best to help. They got me a better unit than I had hoped for, a better price, and arranged financing that I could afford. Also, they don't have a surcharge on their financing like I found with some contractors. It was a one-day installation and Mr. Goldberg was available by phone and e-mail to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process (day, night and weekend). Truly amazing service! J.
