The crew took longer than expected to complete the project (which cost more than expected) but the end result looks nice. There were a few issues but they were addressed.

"Good Morning Tanya, Of course, as we mutually understood during the week of the project being completed that the only reason the scope of work did take a little longer than expected was due to a heat wave that we were experiencing. This would mean that some of those days/times would be dangerous to ask Men to work through. Also, you did agree to our Standard Estimate E-Mail Outline stating that; at this time, this is our best Estimate. If Less Man Hours/Materials are required On-Site, your Invoice will of course reflect. If More Man Hours/Materials are required On-Site, your Invoice will reflect. The crews work only for the agreed upon hourly"

First Class came out and gave me an estimate in a couple days. I accepted the quote and told them to come out. They never got back with me about a date or time. They kept saying they would come out and call me and never did. Then I received a text message late at night telling me to leave my gate open for the next morning. I feel they should have gave more notice.

Your Spring Cleanup Estimate was created on (5/2/19), after we reviewed the property the same day. Which also in-fact was E-Mailed to you same day. It was a few - four days after the Estimate was sent, + us following up twice, that you had confirmed & secured the Estimate with us. At this time, you had said you would like to have us come in & take care of your Spring Cleanup of the Back Yard only. At this time, you were 100% for a fact told that we may not be able to be On-Site for 1"

Also a chance to make anything not currently meeting your expectations right? We do not have one Phone Call, one Text or one E-Mail stating dis-satisfaction from you. We are also confused as to where we deserve a 2.5 Rating for Customer Service. We do apologize that after your Spring Cleanup was completed on (5/8/19) a representative did not check over the property in its entirety. I asked Ryan to come and give me an estimate to clear, weed and mulch my backyard which is fenced in for our dogs. Half of the yard had been neglected for two+ years and was completely overgrown with weeds, weed trees, some poison ivy, and plenty of that dreaded Oriental Bittersweet vine. I asked that the job be completed as soon as possible as my house was being resided in late August. Ryan and I walked the entire space, he noted the trees that would remain and sent me an estimate the next day. I would give Ryan, his company and the three young men a rating of A+ 10 STARS if I could. Ryan was very responsive when I asked if additional items could be done and the crew of three were polite, personable. EXTREMELY hard working, thorough and cleaned up after each day (2). I have spoken with Ryan since the job was complete and discussed having his team come back to keep the backyard in shape (every 2 months or so). I am 63 years old and have been an active 'consumer' for all of my adult life. I know a good job, good company, and good workers when I see them. I would highly recommend First Class Property Management Group of Pelham, NH to anyone!
