Didn't do a very good job. Carpets were soaking when he left. They are not clean and there are still spots around it.

Previously I had bad experience with a carpet cleaner thus when this man came I asked him if my floors would be overly wet and he assured me they would not be. 36 hours later when I walk across the floor water will come between my toes. Hoping I will not have to replace carpet in that one room. Secondly he stacked everything up on top of my bed which I did not want, thirdly in the office he stacked things precariously on top of file cabinet then when I had to get the box down everything fell down so I had problems getting all that cleaned up. I clearly told him where to place things. He was very prompt however!

Really liked Jim. Carpets look so much better and he removed some spots that we thought were permanent. Wish he had pulled more of the water out though. They were quite wet when he left. (one carpet is super plush so expected it there )

Awesome work. Worked so hard to get every little stain out. Total professional. Highly recommend!

this man has been in the business for many years and has excellent experience. He lived in Michigan before moving to this area, and use to work for Aretha Franklin doing many different jobs for her. I definitely recommend him.

The carpets were not clean when he finished and we had to help move furniture.

my dog was sprayed by a Skunk and rolled on our expensive wool area rug. Fist class Service Jim Fagan came out this very morning washed and deodorized our rug . He did an excellant job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. In fact he was so good I hired him on the spot to clean our master bedroom rug. He did its great!

Mr. Fagan is very personable and interested in getting the job done quickly and correctly. We couldn't have asked for more.

Easy to set up appt. I was having a carpet and a sectional sofa cleaning. I thought the price for the sectional was high ($240), but wanted the cleaning done for company. My husband was home while the cleaning was done. When I arrived I thought the work was shoddy. I requested special attention to cat urine on the carpet, but still had stains and odor. One piece of furniture had not been moved for cleaning under. Several spots on the sofa had not been touched and were still filthy. Called to notify and request they come back out. Was told that the cleaner would contact us and set up a date. Two days have passed and no word yet!

Very Friendly and efficient and also well priced compared to others in the industry. Responds quickly to inquires and very accomodating to our schedule.
