First-class tree service definitely fit the price but left much to be desired with the finished product. We had a 35 palm tree and stump removed. I had also agreed with Adrian to have the ground leveled around the base of the palm tree. I came home to a mound of dirt where the palm tree once was, far from being level. I should have been home to make sure the work got done right but that's why I had First Class Tree Service at my house.

Very prompt for estimate and project start. Courteous team. This was a big tree pruning project. The team of 6, trimmed a California Pepper tree to 70% of it's height and about 50% of fullness, and cleaned up a California Ash to a natural look. They cleaned up after themselves and were done and gone in about 2 hrs. I would hire them again.

I've had a tree guy for 10 years. He was great, affable, on time, bonded, and quite professional, cleaned up after the job. Got a quote from him and was ready to proceed. But I checked online and got two additional quotes. Both were below my long term "tree guy". But First Class offered a special deal: If I pulled the trigger that day he would drop the price. Couldn't resist. They were also affable, on time, bonded, very professional, and cleaned up after completion. I'll continue to use First Class until they screw up. Then I'll probably trash them in a review. But, honestly, I don't see that happening based on my experience. David, Oak Park

Very professional. Overall great job. They did everything we asked but did chop through a few sprinkler lines we now have to repair. But given the brush they cleared I do think the damage was not their fault. I would hire these guys again. We are happy!

Reasonable price for removing stumps and large roots. They did the work quickly and removed the chunks of trees left over, plus filled in the holes with dirt and some of the mulched trunk and roots.

Your cleaning people not good, I didn't get them. The Tree cutter was good and I hired them.

They did a great job! Had 7 workers and done within an hour or so. Cleaned up the yard including the neighbor's where some debris fell over the wall. I had a tangerine tree & a ficus that was very over grown on the wall on 2 sides. They trimmed it down in no time! Great price for the work! Rey was very friendly and great customer service. Thanks!
