FIRST COAST PAINTING AND FLOORING PROFESSIONAL, LLC We Have never written a negative review about a business but this situation was so horrible that we feel as though we need to protect others from being put in the same situation. If you care at all about your home, please do not hire First Coast Painting and Flooring Professionals, LLC. There is absolutely nothing professional about this company! If you dig far enough (we wish we had) you will see all of the negative reviews and his F rating with the Better Business Bureau. These are the reviews that you MUST read and believe because they are completely true. We hired this company for everything they CLAIM they do. We hired them to repair drywall prior to painting, paint, install tile floors and 2 tile backsplashes. DRYWALL REPAIR: When Juan came to give us our estimate, we told him that we wanted all builder fixtures (towel racks, toilet paper holder, bathroom mirrors)from the home removed and the walls to be repaired. It was surprising to see that he began painting before he removed the fixtures which would damage the walls. Needless to say, the holes in the wall needed to be patched, sanded, and repainted. The patches still show through and there are large lumps all over the wall. He also did not repair other parts of the wall that needed to be filled in, just painted over them. We now have to have someone come in, fix the drywall where he did not, and repaint those areas. PAINTING: Be advised that Juan does not use any drop cloths or do anything to protect your furniture or other items in your home. We now have splatters of paint on our carpet, furniture, as well as on our new oak handrails that we had professionally stained and now have to have completely redone. He puts 1 coat of paint on, even if it does not cover. Part of what we asked him to paint was our front door. We went to buy our own paint for the door and we were told to by oil-based paint for the type of door we had. When we bought him the paint, he refused to use the oil-based paint and said that it was the wrong kind of pain. Thinking he was a professional painterâ we listened to him. We could not return the paint we bought. The paint he put on the front door has already chipped off as he used the wrong type of paint. When we researched what type of paint should be used on our door, the kind we bought was correct. TILE: This company has no idea how to install tile and please do not let them tell you otherwise. They did not use spacers so every grout line is a different size. When you walk on the tile, it crackles and you can feel the air pockets under the tile. They said they knew how to do an inlay in my bathroom tile floor and it is completely not centered. We had another tile installer come out to ask what can be done to fix the situation and they informed us that all the tiles need to be pulled out and re-installed. They said that the adhesive was applied incorrectly which created dead spots. The tiles were installed unevenly and not leveled and the tiles were cut too short. We were told that after the tile was installed that he will reinstall the new quarter round molding and paint it. The way he installed it is horrific. There are seems everywhere. It is not aligned at all. The seams were not filled nor was it painted. WORK ETHIC: This is by far the worst part! The owner of the company has absolutely no respect for your home! They do not bring any of their own ladders. They take your step ladders and get paint all over it and just leave it that way. They do not clean up after themselves AT ALL! We did reach out to the company the next day and were told that Juan would come out to fix everything. This was 3 weeks ago and have never heard back!

Overall Juan, Abby and Chloe and did a good job with the painting and flooring effort with our condo unit.

Well the gentleman was very nice, good customer skills. but ,as far for job quality, zero, I have hired this company to paint my kitchen wall and the ceiling. The gentleman did not cover my furniture, he did not have any blanket to protect the floor and the cabinet, after the job was done, everything was dusty, everything in the kitchen, breakfast, dining room and living all of them were dusty. And he empty the left over paint on my grass.

Juan showed up on time for estimate. He and his crew showed up on time day of the job. He finished ahead of schedule. I noticed a couple of small issues and Juan returned within an hour and corrected both within 15 minutes. I love my new color in my living area.

Showed up on time and was very professional. They were complete must faster than I thought they would be. Great price, for what was done! I would recommend!
