Great experience. Reach out to Home Advisor and First Defense called us within an hour on a Sunday and were here Monday am. Took care of our wasp nest. I referred them to my sister, but they do not cover the Clintonville area. We were extremely satisfied.

We had a great experience with First Defense. We reached out on Sunday morning through Home Advisor, they called Sunday evening and were here by 7:30am on Monday. Very professional, courteous, informative and affordable. We were so impressed we will be hiring them on a yearly basis to spray our home for bugs.

A little pricey. He charged $350 for 15 minutes that comes out to $1400 an hour!! He went around the house and in the attic and that was it.

"Although it may only take 30 minutes to install traps and bait stations on a home, our service agreement with Bert was for a 30 day bait and seal program with a total of three visits. That program includes industry standard traps , stations and premium baits securely placed throughout a homeowners home (basement, attic, garage , and exterior.) We also seal up any entrances found. The three visits are: 1 the initial consultation and equipment placement 2 half way through the program to check traps and rebait. 3 a final visit to determine with the home owner if further service is needed. As always we discuss pricing with the homeowner at the initial visit and begin work only after the homeowner agrees upon the estimate. No surprise pricing or upcharges."
