Dino installed a sturdy flat roof over my garage. I was very pleased.

Out of the 3 quotes I got from different roofers, some with fake reviews, bad business practices and with terrible communications, I selected this company because of their real honest reviews from real customers that I read, and mainly because of Dino's vast knowledge, 30 years roofing experience, honesty, integrity, great communications, prompt call and texts responses, polite, kind, friendly and very professional mannerism. Dino and his team are the real deal. They showed up as promised, did a fantastic job on the flat roofs over my bay windows at a reasonable price and gave me a 5-years warranty, standing behind his work and the reputation of his company, which is lot more than other roofers were prepared to do for me. If you have a flat roofing project, I highly recommend Dino and this company. I will hire him again for all my roofing work and I trust him and I think you can too. If you want a fantastic job on your roof, don't waste your time on other roofers and just hire Dino and his company and you won't go wrong. Dino turned an incredibly stressful situation with my flat roof and made me feel at ease. My tenants sent me video of it effectively raining in the house and now it’s dry as a bone. Dino had excellent communication and the job was completed quickly and professionally. He was able to fix my roof before hurricane Ida hit and saved my building from a total loss. Due to his experience, I wound up saving a ton of money. My regular contractor thought the roof needed to be replaced, but Dino said it only needed a restoration and wound up saving me thousands and guaranteed his work. First Industrial repaired our residential flat roof and I highly recommend them. Dino was extremely responsive which I always appreciate in a contractor. Even if it was a text message response to say I received your question and I ll get back to you shortly that you me was amazing customer service. We just had the work done recently so at this point I can say that they delivered exactly what they said they would, on time (actually in slightly less time than I thought it would take) and the work was all done with a 5 year guarantee. I highly recommend this company.

I hired them to perform two repairs in rental properties I have: - One property had the skylights leaking. - One property has a flat roof and the seams were not done properly and were lifting, causing major water leaks. Both roofs had previously been redone by a well recommended contractor in the area, but presented issues a few months later. Not only they did not honor the warranty for repairing, but also upon checking the license information that I was given, I found out that it was fake. Thus, I was left to find another company to fix the problems (and of course chase the other contractor later). I sent First Industrial the information on the houses and the proposal was emailed to me 2 days later. I needed to put down the deposit for the fixes, but I live about 2h away from the properties in question. They were able to come to my house to pick up the deposit, and then performed the work the following weekend. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. They weren't the lowest quote I received, but were ones that demonstrated to be the most knowledgeable. After my past bad experience, I was sure to ask enough questions to vet the company and verify all information I was given. I am glad to have found them and would certainly use their services again.
