Dave performed a radon test in my basement. After the two day test I received the computer results the evening of the second day. He was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. As a homeowner I had confidence in the performance of his job. I highly recommend his services!

I am a first-time homeowner. Dave was absolutely amazing, walking me through the inspection of my house. He broke down any necessary repairs, but also put it in manageable terms for me so that I could really priorities fixes that needed to be done vrs. things that I could do over time. He was prompt, willing to crawl into every crevice of my house and was kind. I could not recommend him enough.

Dave took his time, was very thorough, documented and photographed all aspects of the home. Explained his findings, and shared any recommendations that he felt might work for us. He is insightful, has many years of experience and truly cares about his clients. We had asked for an additional inspection to be performed, he was forthcoming and informed us that he is unable to provide that part of an inspection and introduced us to a company who were as knowledgeable, caring and professional as Dave was. We will, without hesitation, HIGHLY recommend using First Inspect Home Inspection.

David came early, and stayed late! He used booties on his shoes to protect flooring. David went through this house with a "fine toothed comb". Wow!! David is Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt as though he was there to help, and did just that. I really felt as though I got my monies worth. I received my report that same evening (67 pages). Dave took the time to explain what should be fixed, and what should be watched. Dave is very personable, and very professional. Wish all people were this way.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Arrived early, was extremely thorough, and answered all of our numerous questions. He gave advice on what absolutely needed to be fixed, what he would fix if he were buying the home, and what we could fix easily ourselves. The inspection report arrived same day and was very detailed. Even our real estate agent was impressed. Absolutely would recommend.

At first I didn't see a need to employ an inspector for a small condo. Most everything appeared in good operating order. To me what needed to be tended to was obvious. I could not have been more wrong. After an incredibly thorough examination, the inspector outlined 9 separate problem or potentially problem areas that needed to be addressed. Left me extremely impressed.

Dave is friendly and professional. He checked the house from outside the roof and he climbed on the attic to double check the ware out condition of the rood. He was not only inspected from the top to the bottom of the house plus electrical, doors, windows and plumbing but also he wrote all the advice for fixing any problems about the house as needed. My house is almost 3000 sf but his cost is just right and good value for his time. I canât thank him enough!

Dave is a wonderful person and complete professional in his work. We were first time home buyers. He not only inspected the property in detail but also kept explaining us and answering our numerous questions. He is punctual, meticulous and detailed oriented. I am completely satisfied with his inspection technique and his report and would highly recommend him. He is also very fast in providing you the report. We got a detailed inspection report same day within 4 hrs. I was told by my realtor that this is the quickest response by inspection that she had ever seen in her entire career.
