From the very first call, Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on solving the problem—not just selling a service. Alex took the time to thoroughly inspect my rental property in the Outer Banks, and clearly explained what was causing the issue and how he planned to treat it. I really appreciated how detailed and transparent he was, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. Bruce did an excellent job removing the family of possums out of our attic. He took very good care and relocated them to a nice area where they can roam free.

I have a vacation home in Kitty Hawk. Last time we were there we saw several bugs when we first got there. I called First Light Pest Control and they came out the same day to help us out! I was very pleased by their work ethic, punctuality and communication. I’ve already booked a return visit for termite prevention. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend! Thanks guys!
