Our move was a huge one. All of our goods filled up a fifty three foot semi trailer plus a twenty six foot box truck. It took the moving crew two days to get everything packed and loaded. It was truly something to see.And to be honest, I have never seen people work that hard. Our goods arrived in cleveland on the fifth day. They are only allowed to drive 500 miles per day, so that made sense. The unloading went very well. We had a few minuscule broken items, but that can be understood. They provided us where they method to file a claim. Everyone that we dealt with was pleasurable. I promised down that if everything went well where we're going to leave them a stellar review , and this is it. We have no complaints whatsoever. We highly recommend Northern Moving Systems. We appreciate the efficient and professional service. Thank you so much!

I used Northern Moving Systems for my recent move from Chicago to South Florida and had a great experience. Price was very fair, they kept communication going the whole time & my belongings actually ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. I would def recommend them to others! Absolutely Terrible Experience. Avoid This Company. I would strongly recommend avoiding Northern Moving Systems.
Our household furniture was picked up from our home in California on July 1st for our move to Texas. Before booking, we were told the typical delivery timeframe was 5?17 days, allowing for possible weather or mechanical delays. Based on that information, we expected our belongings to arrive within a reasonable window.
My husband started calling on day 5 to check on the status of our shipment, and every time we called, no one could tell us where our belongings were or provide an estimated delivery date. We received little to no communication unless we reached out first, and even then, no one seemed to have any answers.
Now it?s July 15th, and we were finally informed that our furniture is still sitting in California. To make matters worse, they pushed our delivery window all the way out to July 29th. We were also told that although they make deliveries 7 days a week

We are sitting in our SC home for a week now with no movers. We are paying $12000 for them to bring our things from NH to SC.
When contacted today for a definitive time frame, their reply was ,

I had just received a promotion I was waiting 5 yrs for! They told me I had to be there in 2 weeks!!! I started getting anxiety as how can I move so fast with a 3 full bedroom home! After ALLOT of research I just typed in 3 top moving companies in US and Northern moving systems was 1 of the 3 after calling one of the other top 3 I called Northern and got a salesperson Bryan who after I explained my circumstance he made me feel so comfortable,was SO professional and honest about delivery time !(the other company told me 2 days which I thought sounded too good! ) as I just received my delivery on Saturday Well, I went with Northern moving systems, just received my delivery on Saturday, and as I promised my personal rep Brian if all went well, I would write a great review and after doing six moves, I’ve never had such professional moving company from start to finish and someone there by my side anytime I needed it! I highly recommend you at least speak to Northern moving systems !

I hired the moving company Norther Moving Systems after speaking with Wesley. Then I spoke with Will on 6/25/2025 to discuss the pre move and had some missing items corrected and added to the list of items to move. The original cost for the move quoted was $1,995 where I paid a deposit of $595. I then had to pay an additional $520 for the changes and to prepare for the move. I asked to cancel the move as I felt too rushed in making the decision on the additional items. I was told that I would not be refunded my money that I have paid and would have up to 2 years to use their services. This will not be feasible as I will be moving to my home that I purchased in Virginia. After reviewing the list that I had with the company for items to be moved, I realize that I will still have a lot of items to move on my own. This will not be feasible for me at all. I will need to find another company that can move all my items at a reasonable cost. I just want to cancel this move with Northern Moving Systems and get my money refunded so that I can hire a company that can accommodate more of my items at a reasonable price. I am under tremendous stress as I have to be out of the house soon and have the house painted before my vacate date. Please assist me with this so that I can avoid any legal issues.

Hello my name is Mitch. When a company does as good a job as this one they deserve a good report. I hired this company to move the contents of my motorcycle dealership. It took four tractor trailers in all. I'm not going to lie, I was reluctant in using a company like this but in the end, I couldn't have chosen a better company. They were very professional to deal with and their services were above par, I would say. Nothing in my transport was damaged. I definitely got my money's worth. I just completely recommend this company all the way around. They are a good quality outfit.
