Shower Installation and Replacement
Very nice guy. When Bill First started doing projects on the side , he was terrific. Eventually he went on his own; unfortunately over the years, he became much more interested in his billing as opposed to his work. He tried to fix my shower, needing multiple visits and I paid $600 but the shower still leaked. I paid $250 for 1 new part which didn?t work - I asked for this to be brought back to the store to get a refund and he never got back to me. I changed plumbers who fixed my shower in 1 visit Again , nice guy, available but his quality and care has definitely gone downhill. His priority is to bill regardless of outcome Sorry

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Fantastic service! Bill replaced a cartridge in our shower which had cause leaking and repaired the diverter in our jacuzzi tub faucets. Other plumbers looked at the project and never called back. Bill got the parts needed and did the repairs expertly!

Very contentious and treats your house as if it were his own. I've know Billy for over 20 years and I just can't rave about him enough.
