Do not deal with this very unprofessional company which have excessive fees for minimal service work preformed. Furthermore they call and demand payment without supplying an invoice or bill for services rendered. The technician who last work at my home don't less than 5 minutes at my home demanded payment and when I asked for a bill he threatened to remove the the installed equipment. Do not use this company. Beware

Absolutely the best. Customer service extremely helpful. Had under the slab leaks. Work was extensive. Sam was knowledgeable, diligent and neat with his work. Would highly recommend First Plumbing.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the worst plumbing company I have ever seen, and I would 100% suggest finding someone else. The woman who answers the phone - Lindsay - is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Literally told me I wasnt paying for the repairs because my home warranty was. Gee, I wonder who pays my home warranty? Phenomenally rude. As to our issue, it took them several days to even send someone out to check out our unit, the guy almost electrocuted himself on my unit, and then he talked about having to cut through the walls on our unit. Then they had to reschedule for the end of the week to change out a hot water heater, and gave us outrageous estimates above $500 for new piping, etc. Never even told us what they were replacing the unit with, no discussion of options. Gave us a window of 1 - 5, still sitting here at the end of that time frame, all Lindsay says is - Hes on another job. Really, I couldnt have guessed. So, theyd be at our place until nighttime repairing a hot water heater? So, a week and a half later, no service, still sitting her without hot water, and dealing with incompetent morons. Worst company Ive ever seen.

I accidentally started this review when I was entering a review for another company I hired. There is not an option to delete this review so I am doing this edit until I have actually experienced their services. I have scheduled an appointment with this company to do some work and will again edit this review upon completion.

They fixed my leaking toilet hose for free in less than half an hour!

Cleared sink drain qickly.

They did a great job. They provided a fantastic service and probably will be using them for the next project.

The service tech took time to talk out options and we were able to come up with a solution that I was able to afford.

I was going to try to replace my bathrm. sink myself, bought all the parts but chickened out when I realized the shut off valves would need to be replaced too. Jake at 1stPlumbing gave me an unbeatable quote to do the job and didn't even charge me any more when he had to come back a second day to finish due to the fact the new sink I had purchased previously, was the wrong size. Jake was very nice, obviously a skilled plumber and did a great job. I will never consider trying to do a plumbing job myself again-not when I can call 1stPlumbing and Jake.

Sam and the crew from First Plumbing Services done an awesome and fantastic job. They came in as professional and replaced our water tank, had a leak. Also, they explain to us how to prevent build-up and properly drain the tank. Will do business again with these guys. Thank you again...

I called on Wednesday they made appointment for a technician to come and see what II needed done the same day. I needed my hot water heater changed, it was leaking. Jake showed up on time, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. He came the next day â on time â that was scheduled. Installation was top notch, very professional and reasonable time. I myself was a welder, pipe fitter,so I know a top notch job was done. I would highly recommend First Plumbing to all my friends And ask for Jake, very fine gentleman
