Jason came through for us again. I was attempting to upgrade the shower hardware and quickly realized that the handle was corroded onto the cartridge. I didn't pass go. I didn't collect $200. I immediately booked an appointment for Jason to come back out and take a look. Well... a situation that was crummy turned very bad, then worse. Jason went above and beyond and worked magic on getting done what had to be done without cutting open the wall and replacing the valve (which was a very distinct possibility). He even made sure that it didn't hurt our wallet too much, which I very much appreciate. And unlike many tradesman... he cleaned up the tub afterwards, like nothing ever happened. We're customers for LYFE!!!!

First Plumbing was sent by my home warranty co. (after I rejected their first contractor). The technician, Charles, diagnosed the problems (due to leaking pipes under kitchen sink), replaced necessary pipes/parts, and checked the system prior to leaving. Charles took the time to explain the problem and fixes, which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. I am pleased with the work done and would again use and recommend First Plumbing.

Excellent job, lower price, installed fast and friendly. Also suggested and corrected the drain to go outside, which is a great idea.

Aaron was prompt and when he couldn t see the problem initially gave me his cell number and said he d come back anytime just call him when it recurred. He came back later that day and then again at a more convenient time and finished the job. He was polite and professional

The technician went above and beyond in fixing the work I needed done. He only did that but I had to try to ask him to quit over cleaning up his work. The best plumber I had ever the pleasure to work with. No doubt they are my plumbing company as long as I live in Vegas or die, whatever comes first

Aaron walked us through the whole procedure. Only concern was they didn't follow up afterwards in response to my phone call about the warranty. They told me it was 25 years yet the warranty shows 12. Still concerned and would appreciate a follow up call.
