Write a ReviewI am a satisfied customer with first Premier home warranty. My representative name was Josh. I was referred to him by a friend and I?m so glad that she did. He was very nice and took his time to explain everything . It was easy to talk to him. I was actually able to ask questions and he answered them so that everything was clear.
Scam! Scam! Scam! I believe this company is the worst home warranty provider in the USA. They were having a promotion and of course I took the bait and it became one of the worst decisions I've made. This company deserves zero stars but I had to choose one to make this post. Please note that any positive reviews you see on them are from those who have not filed a claim. It has been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my cash in lieu check and now my home warranty has expired. Of course I did not renew and that is why I'm still waiting. I call every week for an update and I keep getting a runaround with responses like my check is in the mail and it never comes. And responses like they will call me back and they never do. This company is really the worst. Beware!

I had no water pressure in my shower. They assigned the task to a co pane. 8 days later and no response from First Home Warranty?I called and they said, ?DENIED?. I called and they said it was final shower faucets/cartridges not covered. I reminded them I explained what was wrong?.they assigned a technician and I paid. $60?..and it is DENIED. I asked for a supervisor?.i explained I wanted to appeal. He said no appeal it is denied?.then he said?.?I much have too much time too waste? because I wanted to I put a w. Rotten appeal and had called three times??.he said he you need it fixed?just call someone and pay to have it fixed. First Premiere Does Not Cover it! ?.if I want to cancel my $699 yearly policy at the half way mark of 6 months,.I can. With cancellation fees I will get $40 back?.and would I like to cancel now?.i said??that does t make sense??he said he would cancel my policy now if I liked?.no problem at all?.it could take affect today.
This company and it's contractor techs are all scam. Stay away from this company. You have to call them several times to get a hold of em. They will give you run around for every repair and you still have to find someone outside to do the job..I m about to report them with BBB.
I would suggest anyone to never use this company ever, and if you do you will regret it. They have ripped me off out of over $600, did not pay for all of the services guaranteed in the warranty, they call from auto dialer numbers so you can never know it?s them calling. When you call them, if you called before and complained, they have a phone system that intentionally leaves you on hold, I tested it by calling from different numbers. The when I tried to cancel they are trying to force me to sign a form saying I only get 35 back when I still have 8 months left plus 2 free months on the policy. But of course if they can delay me from cancelling they can say I had it longer.
Total scam! Beware! This company is a fraud company. I have a claim from 23rd November, 2024, still did not get the cash offer i signed to accept. Basically, it pays back very little money of the actual repair cost if you are lucky. That also you have to wait months and months. Instead you can shop your repair options or may be purchasing the whole appliance would be better option. This company made me suffer everyway. So created the claim for refrigerator issue on 23rd Nov 2024. Now the repair man came the one they selected. I was supposed to pay copay of $45 as per VIP program I enrolled on for $2500 paid upfront. But now this company asked me to pay $85 copay. Okay, paid that. Now repair man game an estimate of $488 to fix the refrigerator. Contacted First Premier Home Warranty many times but finally on 9th Dec 2024, they sent me a cash in lie of claim form which is the only option they gave me that also for $220 which I am still waiting to get in the mid Feb 2025.
I have been very satisfied with First Premier Home Warranty. They offer great coverage and their service is reliable.
