When I first spoke to Juan C, he quoted the cost and estimated date of service, after physically going to the my home and assessing the job, he showed up 2 days later, not only saving me almost a week of inconvenience to our family, but he also lowered my fees. His actions and professionalism showed true character, having already agreed on a price, and by the way, during New Year's! who gives up their holiday time off with family to help out someone else's family? First Priority Electric, Juan made our family his first priority!
