I’ve been using this garage door service company for over seven years, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and reliability. Today’s visit was no exception—they arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a fair on-the-spot quote, and never pushed unnecessary add-ons. When I asked for an estimated completion time, they said one hour, and they delivered exactly that. The work was efficient, the cleanup was thorough, and the pricing was reasonable. Over the years, I’ve had three separate service calls for my two garage doors, each for unrelated issues spaced a few years apart, and every experience has been consistently excellent. I highly recommend this company without hesitation!

Called back on a Saturday night, did the work Sunday and came back for additional work the next day. Could not ask for more.

I contacted him thinking he had license, he did no have a license. Took the door out for 2 days and left it on the grass. The grass died because of that and I also got a fine from the city. He is also not responsive.

Good prices, good product, good install and great warranty!. Had a slight adjustment issue about three weeks after spring replacement: he came right out, fixed the problem and did not charge me.

We called him to repair the garage door and paid him 200 dollars for a warranty on the repair. The door malfunctioned the very next day, and he came back and wanted us to pay for a new motor instead of honoring his warranty. He became very belligerent and unruly so he was asked to leave the property and told us he would refund the $200 which he has not done as of December 5, 2022. He was confrontational and used profanity toward me I felt threatened and asked him to leave.

The technician provided very good service. He had all the materials to do the job. He was punctual in coming to my home  He has to return to reprogram my remotes, for which he will be coming later today on his scheduled day off  I would recommend this company Unfortunately, Moe has not returned as promised, nor has he responded to my text. I am still waiting to hear from him.

I placed a service call on Home Advisor late Thursday night for a broken garage door spring. I received a call and was told that they would pass by in the morning between 8-9. He called me in the morning and said that heIshould be there by 030.arrived shortly after 815. He gave me a price which was in the range of everyone else who gave me an estimate over the phone. I hired him and by 0930 my garage door was working. Great service.

Mo was great. A true professional.

I hired Moe to change my spring on my garage door. He response quickly and was able to do the job the same day. He responded to my ad from Angie list. He replaced the spring and the following day the door was not closing or opening properly. I call Moe and made 3 appointments which he did not show. I text Moe and call, and he does not answer. I call him up last week and he still does not response. I paid him in cash and is still waiting on the invoice to be email to me. This was the worst mistake I ever made in using this company and paying in cash.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire them. They did spring tension replacement and did not balance the door (I have video footage from my garage door opener that shows that the tech winded up 7 times each side and then decided to roll back one one 1turn on the right side, causing the door to be unbalanced) I called them many times to come back and fix the problem that will take literally 5 minutes; each time I talked to them they said tomorrow afternoon and did not show up. Look for more reputable company. It may cost you little more but it is piece of mind.

Phenomenal! Mo is the absolute best. He called , confirmed the time and even called when he was on his way. He provided a free estimate for the garage door repair and it was more than reasonable. He finished the job so efficiently and he was immaculate. I highly recommend his company for any garage repairs or replacement.

Moe was awesome! I requested a quote and got a call within 5 minutes. He met my husband at my house within less than 2 hours and my door was fixed before I even made it home from work.
