Absolutely do not use this company. HAD to use them to do warranty work on a new build that i purchased and so many issues. First being that their communication is terrible, it?s actually nonexistent. I?m actually shocked they even showed up to come look at my issue because the communication after was nonexistent. He claimed to ?fix? an issue where his team forgot to fill some holes and it was allowing water into our house. Couldn?t ever get him to answer the phone to tell us if this was fixed. Then 6 months later guess what? Same issue happened. Had a more intelligent company with more integrity come take a look and fix my issue, and funny thing is they said it doesn?t even look like this company tried to fix it. It appears there?s holes all throughout under the siding and they didn?t even properly place the taping over the area that needed it on the walls. So how i get to figure out if the entire house is like this.

They were really good at responding to questions and getting back to me. Overall their service was great and they were very timely. I am very satisfied with the experience!
