Robert did a complete bathroom remodel for me. The work was well done and looked great when it was completed. We’ve had no issues with any of the work. Throughout the process, Robert was very professional. We worked with us on minor changes that we wanted to make. He also took care of any problems that came up, but there we not many. He also did a new siding install on the front of our house. This was done on time with no extra charges, only the original estimates. Again, the work was vey good and we’ve had no issues since the installation. I highly recommend Robert Cline. He is a licensed contractor.

We have worked with Robert Cline on home improvement projects for at least 15 years. He is reliable, highly skilled, and his work is impeccable. He has done extensive siding replacements on our homes in Santa Ana and Altadena using fiber-cement products, including fire-hardening upgrades such as enclosed eaves and ember-proof vent installation. Robert is enjoyable to work with. He gets the job done efficiently and cleanly; his courteous team cleans up at the end of each day, minimizing impact on the job site. We highly recommend Robert Cline, First Rate Remodeling.

Robert Cline the owner of First Rate Remodeling is incredibly smart, kind, and respectful. Him and Mondo were a blessing when I needed someone to install James Hardy siding to my shed. I had contacted James Hardy three times and they finally sent someone who would actually take the job of a small 120 square foot she shed. They did it with a reasonable amount too. I am keeping their number for more work. Nice to find a contractor who appreciates the client’s ascetic and didn’t try to upsell or look at me sideways. He even dealt kindly with our crazy dogs. If you need a contractor who is more of an artist with a good heart he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

Robert was a pleasure to deal with from the initial discussions through to a final estimate and negotiation. Roberts price was competitive and we decided to proceed based on our interaction and his past work which we reviewed. In regard to the work undertaken I could find no fault and we were more than happy with the outcome. I can highly recommend that for any relevant project you may have to include Robert in providing his advice and subsequent proposals.
