He even reminded me to follow up with my Condo Association to get an issue fixed caused by my neighbor. My report were timely submitted and he was completely open to additional services should I need his help with my insurance or the association. Great experience!

Alejandro from First Response Mitigation was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Two months after purchasing my condo, while I was away for the summer the AC system broke down, so my apartment turned into a swamp. Finding mold as a first time homebuyer was a complete nightmare. But Alejandro was amazing. He walked me through the entire process so I understood how every step worked. And he was really patient with me explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions. After removing the mold and treating the affected areas, he installed a commercial air scrubber and dehumidifier which he kept running in the apartment for 4 days even though the foul odor was gone within hours. Iâ m very grateful that I found these guys when I did, and canâ t recommend them enough if you are dealing with any kind of mold issue.
