The following is my opinion. I cannot recommend this organization. I contacted them after water damage that resulted from a blocked AC drain. They did respond promptly, removed the damaged floor. They also removed usable baseboards that necessitated replacing them. My biggest gripe, and I would raise this to a alarm level to anybody considering them, is related to their use of my apartment as a warehouse. They moved in 6-8 fans, a dehumidifier and a third piece of equipment into a small space. The real suspicion that they looked at me as a profit center centers around them leaving the equipment there for 12 days. Industry standard is three days! Three days! The equipment was of no benefit after a a few days. However, they would not remove it, checked it every day and then billed the insurance for the 12 days they stored the equipment at my place. They also had me remove the heating unit in the middle of winter claiming they would be ready for it to be put back in service in 72 hours. Not so! It became clear they were not interested in meeting their obligations so I found another group that provided first class service.

They are very accommodating. They have done a lot of work for me.
