I am very satisfied with this technician. He arrived, identified the problem, and fixed everything. My dryer now works like new. As I understand it, the issue was not obvious at all and turned out to be a faulty motor. Dmitry completed the repair, and I am very grateful to him. Everything works perfectly. He is polite and responsible. He even wore shoe covers while doing the repair, which other technicians I have worked with never did. I highly recommend him to everyone.
