Nothing was accomplished.

He came and took a look at the project; we decided on what should be done and said he would call to set up a time to come and do the work. He was very knowledgeable and corrected the immediate problem so that I could run the solar. HOWEVER, I have not heard from him since. A little quicker follow up would be nice -- just a phone call to set a time to come fix the problems.

Tim was able to come out the same day that I contacted the company. He found the cause of my arc fault error message and not only repaired it but replaced similar parts to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. The company has been very accessible and responsive and for the work Tim did the cost was reasonable. Just glad to have my solar system up and running again! And relieved to have a company in my back pocket that I can call if the system ever needs service again!

On first contact, he did not respond when he indicated he would in order to schedule the repair. On subsequent contact, he responded promptly to schedule a mutually acceptable time to inspect my system and to complete the work. He maintained contact and arrived promptly when scheduled. He repaired my solar water system. He also checked the system over to determine if he could identify other weaknesses and recommended an improvement to make the system more reliable. . I am now confident that my solar water heater is in good working condition. Since the system is over 25 years old, I will be comfortable calling him again with future problems.

Removed and reinstalled solar panels (34) so we could replace hail damaged roofing. Quality workmanship through out the process

Our solar hot water heater was not working well. Daimon did a thorough inspection and maintenance tune-up of our system. Thank you Daimon for the great work you did for us. No replacement parts needed. He explained what tasks he was going to do, how long it would take and the cost. The cost was very fair. Before arriving, he called to say he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. I feel happy and relaxed knowing I can call Daimon again when needed.

Excellent and will refer him to future jobs and to anybody. Honest!

Good service, polite and on time!

Used them for simple removal reinstall of 24 panels for reroofing, they were able to squeeze me in when I needed them.
