Original price I was quoted was not good. I was charged almost 90.00 more, because I was charged also for a cost that was charged first source by pick a pro, and I was unaware of the added cost ahead of time.

Mr. Barnett contacted me soon after I posted my inquiry on Home Advisor. We scheduled for the next day and he and his crew showed up promptly. Mr. Barnett was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He discussed our system with my spouse and answered all questions. Excellent service at a reasonable price; I will definitely use again!

He was so informative and helped explain things to me and to my husband. He let us see down inside the septic tanks and explained on how to clean and maintain the overflow side of the system. I will be hiring him again the next time I need my septic pumped. Super great job and a wonderful person!

Mr. Barnett said he would be at my house at 8am, and he rolled in at 7:58... how often does a service tech do that?? Great service, great guy. He spent an hour on the problem (turns out it's a grease trap pit, not a septic tank) and charged me a third of what he quoted. Any further septic issues, I will call him.
