I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring William and his company. We paid over $7,000 as a deposit to repair and rebuild our dry-rotted front porch. More than a month later, the project remains largely unfinished, communication has been extremely poor, and there has been little meaningful progress on the job. Repeated phone calls and messages often went unanswered, and workers frequently failed to show up as scheduled. Meanwhile, our front porch was left partially demolished, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern for our family. The job site was also left in an unacceptable condition, with construction debris, cigarette butts, oil stains, and materials scattered throughout our property. Professional contractors should treat a client?s home with respect, and that simply did not happen here. I really needed my shingle roof replaced, however it took me a little over 6 months to finally choose a contractor. The reason is that I couldn't find what I was looking for!
