David Silver has been thorough and excellent and it is obvious that he is empathetic. Although pricey, he is worth every penny and you will need this foundational information in order to know what you are dealing with and move forward. Upon receiving David’s inspection plan, I went through a period of grieving and anger as it has been a bitter pill to swallow and extremely traumatic for me but I needed David’s straight up honesty. David worked hard in my house, he did not waste a minute. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you David!!

My family is dealing with Biotoxin illness, and our doctor only recommended working with David Silver. From our first phone call, his deep knowledge was extremely apparent. When he arrived at my house, I was very impressed with all of his equipment. He spent a great deal of time outside examining outdoor sources before coming in. Most people in this situation are under high stress and not feeling well. I have found people in the mold industry to be stress-provoking. David is the exact opposite; he has a deeply compassionate demeanor and is truly there to support the client. He spent time going through all the test choices and costs, and told me all the results plus his lengthy report would be back in two weeks. He finished it all before that, AND he made himself available to go through it all the very next morning. He provided me with an approved list of remediators and has continued to be supportive. I would give him 20 stars if I could! Couldn?t do this without him! TY

David Silver at First Stop Environmental, Inc. spent a whole day inspecting our home for mold, endotoxins and actinobacteria. David was polite, professional and very knowledgable about healthy homes and CIRS. David was very thorough in his inspection and his reports. During the follow up phone call we felt heard and we were able to fully understand the situation. David went out of his way to check in at a further date as well. I highly recommend David’s expertise!

David Silver was a bad deal for us. My Landlord called him after we had made the appointment with another expert. Mr. Silver acted in a disrespectful manner in the presence of the Police, leaving an INVOICE of $800 without performing the work. Everything was captured on cameras. We (Tenants) have a major mold crisis in our home. Mr Silver turned out to be unprofessional. And while we were dealing with a complicated scenario we received excellent service from another expert. We do not recommend Mr Silver's services!!! He is an uninformed and compulsive professional for anyone dealing with a mold problem in their home.

Fast and professional services

One of (if not the) best specialist we've worked with on a home purchase. David was extremely responsive and thoroughly answered every question we had from initial consultation through report result stages. He was super transparent in pricing and recommended testing, sent out samples and wrote up his report extremely quickly, and did a great job of explaining our testing results and recommendations. I felt I could trust David to properly test our property and that he would give us educated recommendations for remediation.
